Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. In the event an item is out of stock or otherwise unavailable Floor and Flake Direct will contact the customer to organise a suitable replacement, refund, or alternative shipping method.
Products classified as ‘Dangerous Goods’ must be shipped with a certified partner, in accordance with Australian Federal and State laws surrounding the transport of Dangerous Goods. Floor and Flake Direct is compliant with the Australian Dangerous Goods Code.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 Health crisis, shipping may be delayed. In the event of such a delay, Floor and Flake Direct will endeavour to contact the customer and investigate potentially suitable alternatives, however we do no guarantee or specify either directly or indirectly the time of delivery of any consignment – this is purely at the discretion of the delivery partner.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping costs are determined by classification, weight, dimensions, and location, and will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Products classified as Dangerous Goods will incur an additional fee, included in the shipping estimate.
International Shipping
Floor and Flake Direct currently do not offer international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@floorandflake.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Floor and Flake Direct does not ship to P.O Boxes domestically or internationally.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not guarantee acceptance of change-of-mind refund/return applications
To start a return/refund application, you can contact us at sales@floorandflake.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@floorandflake.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
